Charline Espinoza, with State Farm - Hermosa Beach, has been with the agency since 2001 and has expanded its client base with the involvement of the Hermosa Beach Community.
Workforce Challenge:
During the pandemic, like many other small businesses, Charline faced challenges finding employees and decided to reach out to the South Bay One-Stop Business & Career
Center - Torrance for assistance. With their help, Charline was able to hire a candidate who was working for their license in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance.

State Farm – Hermosa Beach has been a long-time business partner with the Torrance One-Stop and has had great success hiring employees, including one who was recruited for them almost ten years ago and is still employed.
