Workforce History:

Alpha Postal Service is a small business dedicated to providing packing and shipping services to residents of Hawthorne and surrounding areas.


Workforce Challenge:

Packing and shipping services can be in high demand, especially when customers need to send items to family members and loved ones during busy times of the year.


Outcomes & Benefits:

Alpha Postal Service has partnered with SBWIB in its Paid Work Experience (PWEX) program and is currently interviewing youth workers to help with daily customer service duties, as well as order fulfillment.

​Alpha Postal Service will be staffed with youth workers who are reliable, professional, and who can provide excellent customer service.
